• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only considered if the service has not been started or delivered.
• Once a project has been completed, delivered, or approved by the client, refunds will not be available.
• Custom-designed work and digital products are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Processing of approved refunds may take 5–10 business days.
